Terms of Service

Estimates are free and are not a commitment to hire. Written quotes are good for 30 days unless the quote says otherwise, and prices can change if the scope of the job changes once we are on site.

Work is scheduled after you approve the quote. Weather can move a job; we tell you as soon as we know. Payment is due as stated on your quote or invoice.
