Sod installation
An instant, lasting transformation. New sod gives you a thick, green lawn right away instead of waiting a season for seed to fill in.
Sod makes sense when a lawn is too far gone to fix with seed, after construction or a new pool, or when you simply want it done now. We prep the soil, grade it, lay the sod tight with staggered seams, and roll it so roots meet dirt.
Tall fescue sod goes in during fall or spring. Bermuda and zoysia go in late spring through summer while they are growing. Watering right for the first three weeks is what makes it take, and we walk you through exactly what to do.
